Le défi du 21e siècle : L’internationalisation
L’esprit d’ouverture a toujours soufflé sur la Faculté de droit de Toulouse.
Cet esprit a permis à la Faculté de conclure des conventions avec les meilleures universités du monde, notamment en Allemagne, Angleterre, Espagne, USA, Canada, Liban, Chine et bientôt l’Inde. Outre l’Europe et l’Amérique du Nord, deux régions du monde méritent d’être mises en lumière.
La première est la CHINE. La Faculté a conclu des conventions avec la Faculté de droit de l’Université du peuple de chine – Renmin et la Beijing Normal University (BNU).
Avec la première université, probablement la meilleure université de droit de Chine, la convention prévoit un échange d’étudiants, d’enseignants et l’organisation d’un colloque en commun alternativement en Chine et en France. Le premier colloque a eu lieu à Beijing en 2015 sous le titre « Les défis et incidences de la codification » et a été un très grand succès. Le deuxième réunira à Toulouse les meilleurs civilistes chinois et français sur « La marche vers le code civil chinois ». Cette convention va également permettre la mise en place d’une filière de droit au sein de l’Institut Franco Chinois de coopération universitaire de Renmin (Suzhou), apportant ainsi le meilleur du droit français et européen aux étudiants chinois et articulant l’excellence française et chinoise en matière d’enseignement et de recherche. La qualité des formations et de la recherche françaises et chinoises permettra aux étudiants d’atteindre un niveau d’excellence particulièrement recherché.
D’autre part, l’AFRIQUE. Une collaboration très active est en place avec de nombreuses Facultés de droit et institutions. Des conventions sont déjà conclues ou en négociation (Maroc, Algérie, Tunisie, Cameroun, Côte d’ivoire…). Par ces nombreux échanges, partenariats, coopérations, l’accueil des étudiants et collègues étrangers, la Faculté de droit de Toulouse se place au cœur du développement intellectuel.
Grâce à ces contacts et conventions, en EUROPE, en Amérique du NORD, en AFRIQUE, en CHINE, et bientôt en INDE, la « Toulouse Law School » donne à ses étudiants un avantage concurrentiel important et se positionne parmi les meilleures d’Europe : le défi de l’internationalisation est au centre de ses préoccupations.
Ces échanges apportent aux étudiants et aux enseignants de la Faculté de droit de Toulouse un enrichissement intellectuel et humain important.

21世纪的挑战：国际化
图卢兹大学一直以来秉承开放精神。
这种精神使得图卢兹大学法学院得以与世界上最好的大学缔结合作协议，尤其是来自德国、英国、西班牙、美国、简单、黎巴嫩、中国以及不久后印度的顶尖大学。除欧洲和北美地区外，两个重要的地区值得我们特别说明。
首先是中国。图卢兹法学院与中国人民大学法学院和北京师范大学法学院签订了协议。
中国人民大学是图卢兹法学院的第一个中国伙伴，在法律领域它可能也是中国最好的大学。与人民大学的合作协议规定了学生交流、教师交流、轮流在中法两国举办研讨会等。2015年秋季，双方共同在北京举行了第一次研讨会，主题为“法典化的挑战与影响”，会议取得了很大的成功。 第二次研讨会这次在图卢兹举行，主题是“迈向一部中国民法典”，双方顶尖的民法学者将参与此次会议。合作协议还规定，双方共同在人民大学中法学院的框架内，举办法学专业的中法合作办学项目，该项目将为中国学生教授法国法和欧洲法最为精华的内容，并将中国与法国在法学领域内的教育和研究领域的优势予以结合。中法两国在教学和研究领域的高质量保障，将使得学生达到所预期的优秀水准。
另一个地区是非洲。图卢兹大学法学院与非洲的多所法学院和法学机构保持着密切的合作。图卢兹已经与它们签订了协议，或者正在商谈有关的合作协议（摩洛哥、阿尔及利亚、突尼斯、喀麦隆、科特迪瓦等）。通过这些交流、伙伴关系、合作、接待国外的教师与学生，图卢兹法学院得以位居学术交流的中心。
得益于与欧洲、北美、非洲、中国以及很快和印度这些地区的联系和协议，“图卢兹法学院”为其学生赋予了很重要的竞争优势，并由此跻身于欧洲最好的法学院之列：国际化是其考虑的核心。
这些国际交流为图卢兹法学院的教师和学生带来了重要的学术以及个人的财富。

Internationalization: the major challenge of the 21st century
Open-mindedness has always been part of Toulouse Law School which allowed the faculty to clench deals and conventions with the best colleges in the world: with Germany, with England, with Spain, with the US, with Canada, with Lebanon, with China, and with India in the months to come. Beyond Europe and North America, two other regions deserve being brought to light.
The first region is CHINA. Toulouse Law School concluded, indeed, an agreement with the People’s University of China, Renmin, and Beijing Normal University (BNU). With Renmin University, the best law school in China, the convention allows student- and professor-exchanges as well as the organization of a common symposium that will alternately take place in China and in France. The first symposium, entitled « Les défis et incidences de la codification » / The challenges and influences of codification, took place in Beijing in 2015 and was a real success. The second symposium: « La marche vers le code civil chinois »/ The March to the Chinese Civil Code is organized by Toulouse Law School and will take place in Toulouse.
This convention allows the implementation of law studies within the Franco-Chinese Institute of Renmin (Suzhou) and will offer Chinese students French and European law courses of the best quality. This is the opportunity to stress French and Chinese excellence in both research and teaching. In such conditions, students will, therefore, reach high quality learning which is particularly at stake nowadays in the academic world.
The second region brought to light is AFRICA. Active collaboration is already taking place with several Law Schools and Institutions. Conventions have already been signed (with Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Cameroun, The Ivory Coast) and are about to be signed. Through these partnerships, and exchanges, and also through the welcome of foreign students and colleagues, Toulouse Law School is at the heart of intellectual development and excellence.
Thanks to these contacts and conventions in Europe, in North America, in Africa, in China, and soon in India, Toulouse Law School places its students at the heart of academic competition and places itself among the best European law schools: here is the challenge of internationalization.
Such exchanges are not only a source of intellectual enrichment; they also contribute to the human enrichment of students and professors alike.
